RationalTrack
Published 28 September 2026.
RationalTrack is a personal-development and health-tracking tool. It is a personal project run by Fractionl, offered as-is, and it is not a medical service.
Nothing in RationalTrack — including anything an AI feature generates — is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Plans, targets and suggestions are informational. Talk to a qualified professional before changing your diet, exercise or medication. If something the app suggests conflicts with advice you have been given by a clinician, follow the clinician.
Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, and do not use it to store or transmit anything unlawful.
This is a small project. We aim to keep it running and back it up, but there is no uptime guarantee. Your data is exportable precisely so that the service being unavailable is an inconvenience rather than a loss.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that is attacking the service or breaking these terms.
There are no recurring subscriptions — AI features are paid for with credit packs. Any credits you hold are yours to use; if you would rather have unused credits refunded before deleting, email marco@fractionl.com first, because deleting the account removes the balance.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fractionl is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use RationalTrack. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and CAD $50.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction.
