What happens when I run out of credits?
AI-powered activities become unavailable until you buy more credits. Everything else keeps working exactly as before.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire and roll over indefinitely. Buy them when you need them, use them at your own pace.
How do Tracking Plus and Practitioner work?
Both are arranged directly with us rather than bought from a page. Get in touch and we'll work out what fits — whether that's deeper tracking for yourself, or access for everyone you work with.
Why charge for AI activities?
AI analysis costs real money per request. Rather than bundle that cost into a subscription for everyone, we keep the core app free and only charge for the AI calls themselves.
What about refunds?
Unused credits are refunded on request — just email us. Credits already spent on an AI activity aren't refundable, because the cost of running it has already been incurred.
Do I need Tracking Plus to try it?
Basic tracking (quick ratings across all 7 categories) is always free. That gives you a real feel for how tracking works before deciding if you want the deeper detail.
