What happens when I run out of credits?
AI-powered activities become unavailable until you buy more credits or upgrade to Complete. Everything else keeps working exactly as before.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire and roll over indefinitely. Buy them when you need them, use them at your own pace.
Can I switch between Tracking Plus and Complete?
Yes. Upgrade anytime and the difference is prorated. If you downgrade, you keep your current plan until the end of the billing period.
Why charge for AI activities?
AI analysis costs real money per request. Rather than bundle that cost into a subscription for everyone, we keep the core app free and only charge for the AI calls themselves.
What about refunds?
If you're unhappy within 14 days of a subscription purchase, email us and we'll refund you. Credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been used.
Is there a free trial for Tracking Plus?
Basic tracking (quick ratings across all 7 categories) is always free. That gives you a real feel for how tracking works before deciding if you want the deeper detail.
